Heres a thought Stinky for your dash.... Using a bit of 1/4 " round bend this up to form an eyebrow (shot gun style)over the new  smaller guages.... this would  mimick the central eyebrow...I will try and do this for you in photo shop but no promises... I think this would be easily achieved and would give a more intergrated look.... Just my two cents worth... cheers streetneat

Streetneat, you are a BAAAAD man!  Grin
Do not tempt me with such ideas.
Anyhoo, with the gauges on the LHS being so close to the edge I'd never get it to look right.

However, I think there is another person on the board that is building a dash that this could easily be done too?

Heh heh heh...badder than most.... Yep I am quite keen to give this one a shot myself... If some one wnats to send me some 2" guages I might give it a go... cost would be about $250 in making it which cosidering the hours involved is a bargain.. and would be metal finished ...no bog.... If any one  is interested  let me know..... gemini speedo fits well as it turns out but not sure I like the look.... Gives a  resetable odometer and readsin KMH of course... The speed readings would be a bit optimistic for an FC but the factory posted up 110 Mph  (albeit written backwards..) so maybe its not such a stretch of the imagination....... cheers streetneat

I actually made eye brows over my 2 inch guages but since I recessed them all on an angle the eyebrow looked strange, so I deleted the eye brow altogether.

now ive got the major shape right Im thinking of doing the lot in fibreglass.

Cheers
