Hi Fellas.
It is not possible it is NOS. They didn't come out on the cap. You bought the "H" emblems separate & got them put onto your caps. The hubcap may have been NOS when the emblem was put on, but that black in the shot is too flat to be a NOS emblem.
Still, it is actually a good but. An FB hubcap in that condition is very rare. The ebmblem would be worth $50 at least, the cap $60 - $80 at least.
Just my thougts, anyway.
