Question Does the FE - FC Club have anything to do with wintersun here on the Gold Coast. The reason I am asking is last year I took the kids along to see all the old cars, but not to many FE-FC to look at so my kids made me promise that I would have our old girl ready for the show this year but I dont wish to be the only one there.

Sarge,

I took my clan down last year. In fact, it was at the Wintersun that I decided to stop dreaming and actually find the FC Wagon I have always wanted. I found Hilda not long after that and began the trek towards this year's Wintersun

My aim is to have "Hilda" ready for Wintersun. She's in getting her head shaved as we speak and is booked in to start the full bare metal re-spray at the end of this month.

I  may not enter her as a full entrant, but I'm sure she will be there.

It would be great to see a few more of the old girls.

Do ya know what's involved in entering etc?

Maybe the QLD club could have a run on one of the days... Jim?

Hey Bryan,

Welcome to the site. Lots of good info in here and lots of waffle from your side of the Tasman.

Actually my old nemisis Kiwi_Fc_Ek, or whatever, is quite knowledgeable of the scene over there. If he doesn't know, he'll entertain you with his total shite and bad spelling.

Kiwi, help this guy out with his question will ya?

Emu & Sarge
The QLD club have a cruz to wintersun and they set up in an area and make a day of it. I am unsure about entry but would say it will be covered in the club news letter real soon.

Guys,
Wintersun have their own website which I believe has a full list of events etc.  There should also be info on entry for 2004 if not soon.  www.wintersun.org.au
I'm hoping to be there in the wagon this year.

Emu,
I'm in the Caboolture area.  Hopefully, the wagon will be there.  I went to the Toowoomba swap in it this year as well.  Its nothing to flash.  I had some pictures of the ole girl in the gallery section some time back under Fc wagon and sedan.  The sedan belongs to a friend.
See you and sarge at wintersun.
