I take it thats one of those HO scale EH holden Bricklayer sticker sheets, I couldnt imagine him painting that rare spares sign with a brush, you guys must spend a bit of money on these things but I suppose limited and higher detailed variations of these cars are always dearer anyway.
what kind of wheels are they?

thanks for posting the pics alex.
yes they are the eh bricklayer decals.
front wheels are off of the ertl fat controllers car and the rear wheel are from a matchbox truck
