It seems that starphoto is playing around with some stuff of late, making it confusing to post pics and making sigpics etc disappear. Here's some info I worked out that may help.
When you click on properties you will see the URL, which you need to copy. SP have added numbers to the back of the URL, which if used will mean the pic will not appear. You need to copy everything from h t t p : through to the pic # eg 1-3-4 you then need to add .jpg to the end. After recent changes, you will also need to add a squiggly thing (I'm sure it has a name) ~ which is on the top of the keyboard next to key 1. This ~ needs to go after starblvd.net/ and before the album name.
Right click on the pic below and then properties to see the URL the way it needs to be.
