Just to confirm some of what's been said above, after a play with some bits on the weekend I'd agree that the commodore discs, VP in my case, fit straight onto the HQ type stubs and the HZ PBR calipers are fine. The Disc and hence the wheel sits about 10ml further inboard as well.
This is all on a HR front end.

Commodore disc's up to the VP fit as they(Holden) used the same wheel bearings from HR right thru to the VP,thats where the bearing sizes where changed.
PCD was changed and the centre bore was also changed. The centre bore is the most important part as the wheel is supported on the centre bore and the wheel studs / nuts actually just hold the wheel in place, the cars weight is taken on the centre bore, so those lovely imported chrome wheels which.

hi all just some progress pix of the car with the engine in place its in there permanently now with new enigne mounting brakets designed by yours truly sits in really nice its all complete motor box everything just gotta get tailshaft and exhaust done and thats it it gets paintednext week too goes in on the 27th get it back some time the week after
