i have a vc commodore and would like to put a grey motor in it.  does anyone have a few tips on how to do this?

Assuming your serious (mmm!) most rego authorities won't approve an installation of an engine earlier than the car it's going in.  In this case a non-pollution motor into a car that has pollution gear, no go!

Harry, I know you are just stirring the possum, but here's some advice - find yourself a good VC "Starfire" Commodore, the one with the 2 litre four cylinder motor.  You'll get equivalent performance with a lot less rego hassles :-)
