Hi all  Cheesy

Anyone have an easy idea for a replacement radiator to suit red motor in FC, would apprecite to hear your thoughts and also any ideas as what hoses will work with the recomended radiator..

If money is not a problem, grab yourself a new desert cooler radiator for a red in FC - start around the $400 from memory. Fits straight in

Short on cash but got the skills, you can cut the radiator supports and make them wider to fit a red raditor.  I measured and cut mine 3 inches extra on each side then rewelded the whole removed section (for added strength) into place to accept the red radiator.

not the prettiest but it's functional (espically with my welding skills)

There are a few who run reds on orginal radiators.  As long as the radiator is in good nick and you are running a stock red.

Thanks Al,

When in comes to the FC saving money is never an option.. I have stock red motor but plan is to bomb it, also I live in the NT's top end so it getrs pretty hot up here.

Where would I start looking for a desert cooler radiator?

price for, FJ-EK single flow for holden 6 is $370, or a triple flow to suit same $440.
and they come with three year warranty.
just got the prices from Australian Street Rodding mag
