Hi all,

I have a couple of starter motors to choose from for my grey motor.

Both are Bosch starters, one is blue with EED 08/12 R37 stamped on it and the other is black with EED 08/12 R27 stamped on it.

I think the blue was on the car when I got a it a long time ago.

Which would be period correct for a late 59 FC?

Thanks

Regardless of which you choose,  are you interested in selling the other ?  AL.

-27 is period-correct, but -37 is a far more reliable product (four brushes instead of two).
