You did a great job posting that pic Doug. Beautiful looking car.
However, there is one really bad problem.
You didn’t post enough pics of your great FE.
Ric.

Thanks for info on the gear knob Rob, it pays to learn something new every day. What gear knob was used on the FE? I'm not sure if later FEs were sold with rear quarter wind splitters either. Regards Doug

Hey Doug, nice car, Maco on here sells reproduced FE FC gearstick knobs, they are the same on both models, although I'd stay with the FJ knob as it fancier and adds a point of difference FE did not have tailfins, although there were an accessory aftermarket set produced which you don't see too often Cheers Gary

Very nice indeed. I believe the hubcaps are ek. Can see a faint lion logo but first thought they were FB. You’ve done a pretty good job repairing the drivers seat Doug.

I think the front seat may be fb or ek as well by the metal side trims, unless the plastic has been painted I suppose. Not to be picky, great looking car. Cheers Clay

As others have said very nice car mate. Clay is correct re seat, flat across to top and metal sides, fe fc has a slight curve across the top side to side. Neil

A lot of FE’s got FC rear fins fitted by dealerships during service visits. I have an article on it somewhere. This one of mine had them fitted very early on
