I want to do a cheap conversion from boring black plastic to shiny chrome on the dash fascia surround piece.

Any suggestions on the best brand of rattle can of "chrome" spray paint i should use
(or which to avoid)

and the best method to apply it

I could post it to S.A. to have it chromed. Not sure if this works, seems to depend on the type of plastic.    I can't find anyone in Perth who does this process
Chrome vinyl wrap will not flex enough to do the tight corners
Not sure if a professional spray painter could co a decent spray paint chrome finish Huh

Depends what you want to spend, have a look at DNA paints.
