What is required  in Victorian for registration after fitting 186 and five speeds in FC?
Is engineers report required? Or just a current RWC and the fitting of: electric 2 speed wipers, windscreen demisters, windscreen washer system, seat belts, disc brakes etc. Vic Roads VSI 8 is unclear as to what is required. Thanks in anticipation for any help

Engineers report is required.  I can chat with you in more detail about this in person if you wish as I have just had registered my FE with 186 in it.
