ANY ONE HAVE THE FULL PROCESS OF PUTTING THE DOORS ON CORRECTLY TO GET THEM RIGHT AND SEAL . HAVE DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS WITH MIXED SUCCESS. . IS IT BEST TO RE DO THE PINS IN ALL DOORS THEN START AGAIN. AS WELL AS SHIM'S

You definitely don’t want slop in the hinges before aligning the doors.
Try to use the original hinges whenever possible.
Try to use the original doors if possible.
Fit the rear doors to the body shell getting the gaps right as priority. This involves adjusting the bolts and by shimming under the hinge.
If the rear doors have been changed you may have to rework the door for best results.
Adjust the catches to bring the door in or out. Catches should not force the door up or down
Fitting the front doors involves lifting or lowering both the front and rear of the door to achieve good results.
Once again if doors have been changed they may need reworking.
If hinges have been changed they may need bending to bring the door in or out to match the guard shape.
Adjust the centre filler strip once the 4 doors are fitted correctly.
There is a lot more detail in the workshop manual which you should find helpful.

Cool will have a crack and see . They are all original doors and hinges , with new rubbers . Just finding that even gap is the key
