Hi all I have bought new locks and I am trying put the locking clip on the boot near impossible is there another way or an easier way.... any help would be appreciated.

I recall the same frustration. If you have large hands, find someone with smaller hands & show them exactly what needs to happen with a picture from the manual.

As suggested elsewhere in here, tape a flat stick to the end of the spring clip to get it in position, then tap the stick to drive it home.

Morning , if you go to a post in restoration help from march 19 there is photos of how i fitted mine  ( pbh0069 )
