Another problem i have encountered is the clutch line hit the subframe rail so i changed out to   a banjo style 90 deg hose .
Tracked down a 7/16 unf blanking grub screw to block rear outlet off.
Also bought a massive turbo off a mate for another project.
Dont buy stuff drunk lol.

Well long time no post.
No i didnt need another project but old girl blew the gearbox and the motor was smokey so starting replacing it all out for stuff i had put away.
Its still regoed so its took priority to get it back running .
Heres so of what i have been up to in the pics.
All drawn and cut and made by me.

Tapatalk is rotating pics and doing all kinds of weird stuff like it use too.

Hey Pete . Your HP block ,are the cylinders bored ? ..If so to what size and is it sleeved ? And which cylinder head have you used ?

Hey Pete . Your HP block ,are the cylinders bored ? ..If so to what size and is it sleeved ? And which cylinder head have you used ?
Im using a 186 in this 1 now with 12 port head the old 179 was std bore with new rings needs boring as its got blow bye.

Trying to get this car back on the road really been struggling.
4 hrs stripping old paint got her masked up and in 2k primer.

Finally getting somewhere.
All honey pot and colum parts rebuilt.
Waiting on vrs kit to put sump back on.

Seen this trick on facebook with the paint tin something so simple and works awesome no slop in the groove.

HI Pete , whats the harmonic balancer your running there ..?  And that is a very handy trick with the paint pot, I will be doing that next time .
