Hi Guys,
Has anyone used rust converter to treat panels where you can't get a grinder into? If yes what can you recommend?

Graham,

I generally prefer the phosphoric-acid-based type of rust converter - it's a clear solution, unlike the organic type which is almost black.

Are you talking surface rust or scaly rust?
