Im going with a heavy duty white line sway bar. And it looked close when I was doing a test fit and i did not want to risk it hitting later on. So while it was of and apart I added the scallop.

The front section of the inner sill has a fancy u shape to hold the guard nuts, so a started on that. Found a couple bits of steel to fold it over at the right thickness.

Cut to shape

Test fit still needs a couple of cuts to get to fit

Nearly done on the A pillar

Also started on the chassis strengthening
First some 75x6mm flat bar bent to cut and bent to shape

Then added some crush tubes into the frame, for the grade 8 10mm bolt.

then the 75x35mm rail angle cut

then the front section setup ready to be cut.

Nice day to spend in the shed  Wink

Started with a hole (or hundred or so)

Made a tool for the small press

Then made a patch piece for the hole.

Then weld it in place

And start to position the new tunnel

Thats enough for one day

Some work from the fathers day weekend, focused on the tunnel arch. From all the replies on the ek auto floor I decided to go with a different design..

Hey Cam, I'm doing the same, shifter mechanism from a tarago, cable from a falcon. Should work a treat.
