FC ID tag information

[Diamond Dog]

Built up a few FE/FC cars in my day, and out of all bits and pieces lying around I have found an old ID tag. Just wanting to know what car it was off and the trim colour etc.

No: FC2106-5316-S
Trim No: 355-648
Paint No 253-7773
No RPO number

Any help would be appreciated ASAP
