Gaurd Spear moulding clips

Been trying to find/figure out how the two guard spears for my ute attach and have come up blank. Any ideas on where I might get some for both sides?

The same as "Special" moulds from sedan rear quarters. Pretty sure they are available repro, but I have some s/h ones if you have no luck
