Hi all,
Just returned from a 26 hour round trip to look at a van that was NOT what i was given the impression
it would be, i spent a whole ten minutes looking at it before i left in disgust! i now know of five vans
for sale but have decided that i am now only interested in a van that has been professionly restored or
a very good unrestored van, interested in something that has never had a lot of rust, must be straight,
must be origional windowless, origional or mildly modified. FE or FC

I have between $15,000 and $30,000 cash to spend on the right one.
Prepared to travel VIC, NSW, QLD

Hi Boss
Maybe not up your alley but there is a windowless FB EK van for sale on Gumtree in Perth that may interest you I have not seen the van in person but might be worth you having a look he is asking a fair bit of cash and for that money you would expect it to be good.

Hi Boss
I just had another look on Gumtree and there are actually 2 vans one is an FB it has the guards and bonnet off of it and looks like may have no engine but is windowless all parts are there apparently he is asking $4500 the other is the complete EK he is asking $24000.
The FB is not far from my place and for the money could be worth the project I was going to have a look myself but I have an EK ute on the go and the wife would kill me  Grin
Hope this helps.

Boss, I gave your number to a guy in the Vic club who is selling his windowless FC van. The car is a knockout vehicle that sounds like it suits your needs exactly. It is fully restored ground up.

He should call you soon

Hey Neil i just had a look at that van (24000) and really got me thinking how nice it was apart from the price tag but my young bloke walked in
and said no way the FC is a much cooler looking van, decision made, must be FE FC, im just grateful he has an opinion! appreciate you keeping an eye
out for me mate.

Hi all,
Big thanks to Ken, i went to Victoria on the weekend to check out the FE Van and yep its a knockout alright!!
Greg the owner with his brother restored the van over thirteen years, the car came with an extensive photo
album of the restoration along with numerous state trophies, the car is a credit to the two brothers.
Appreciate it Ken
