Hi .recently a detailed post showed how to go about fitting new timing gears to a grey motor .can anyone tell me where I might find it ,cheers Steve . Smiley

  Thanks Guys, have had set of steel gears in the boot for a couple of years ,think it is about time they were fitted ,cheers Steve  Smiley

Just note that when the gears are aligned ,the cam will be rocking TDC. on number 1# and you must turn the motor 180 degrees to put the dizzy in TDC. compression[firing] on 1#.As specified in the manual. Cheers Haydn
