That's a Florida Flash I believe.  There was a further flash piece to go at the rear as well.

I had a chat to the gent advertising his FC on Gumtree and after we exchanged some currency I now have the front half of the Florida flash kit to go with the back half already on my car. Now for some TLC and maybe a new look for my old girl. Smiley
