Brake drum retaining clips where do i collect my prize?

No to plunger pump retainer clip.  Surferboy, would I mess with you?

It's definitely an FE FC part - all will be revealed in due course.

I'm guessing that Graham Pryce's FC, Julius's FE and even Graham Fuller's FE are missing these. (though I've never checked)
I know none of the stockies I built had these clips - I only found these a few years ago on a very low mileage car that I wrecked (it was totally rusted out) and this led me to discovering their existence.

It's not an easy challenge.

It was too easy, got a harder challenge haha, a few years ago i bought an FE for parts, i remember removing them to try and free the locked on brakes!

So the wash up to the challenge - part number is 7409454 in section 5.810 - Brake drum spring clip
The book lists 12 being fitted originally (3 per wheel)
I assume that since they served no practical purpose once the car was running (they held the brake drum in place during the car's assembly when there were no wheels on it), then they were discarded the first time the brakes were serviced.
I have only seen a very few of these - anybody actually have some of these on their car?

My parts book doesn't have part number 7409454 in the index.
Nor does it have section 5.810, jumping straight from 5.809 to 5.812.
NOT FAIR    boohoohoo. I'm gunna tell MUM.
