A challenge to tax the minds of those who know FE and FC well..

What are these clips from?

Only clue I will give is that they are a stand alone part with their own part number, so they are not taken from a larger assembly.

I will give the answer (unless someone gets it) when I get back home from holidays.

No - thats why I put the 10 cent coin in - that clip is approximately twice the size of the one shown.
Good guess though!

No you haven't. I will tell you that these clips are very rarely seen and even on the most stock of stockies - they wont be there.
They will be missing......  Shocked

Rocker shaft clips are larger and there are four of them about the size of a 50cent coin.

No to clutch line clips

No to wiper arm clips

No to rocker shaft clips

No to wiper link to wiper motor clips

All good guesses, maybe I should get pictures of all the guesses so far and compare them to the challenge. I will when I get back.     Smiley

They look like the retainers at the ends of the rocker gear . Although they look smaller beside the coin.

They do look very like rocker retainers, but about half the size.

This is a tough challenge Tongue

I think it's the clip that holds the accelerator pump plunger in the carbi.
