HR Dress Rims

Reading through several articles there seems to be some confusion about HR dress rims fitting earlier model 13" rims.
The view of many sellers is that they are readily interchange, but I think aluminium HR dress rims could be difficult to fit to FC rims without bending or tearing.
Can anyone confirm either way?

you are correct, HR dress rings dont fit FC rims without bending them.

I'll let them go to someone who can use them without wrecking them.

But if you do bend them slightly they fit OK



Only have to take hub cap off carefully with small slide hammer.
