Dont understand which part you are talking about whether its on the front suspension or on the front chassis itself but yes you can FE's and FC's are virtually identical in mechanical and body only very minor differences mainly chrome accs

Hope this helps

Simon, Do you mean the 2 legs on the front chassis going back to the body or the lower suspension arm on the front crossmember, commonly called the wishbone?

If it is the former, this is a fairly difficult job for the inexperienced and involves some carefull measuring & cutting to get it right.
If it is the latter, much simpler - remove wheel, place jack under end of wishbone to take weight off spring, remove the bottom kingpin bolt and wishbone nuts.
Replace wishbone being carefull to centre wishbone on suspension.

thanks ken, i was referring to the lower suspension wishbone. Just considering whether or not this fc is salvagable, lots of rust.

Simon if the suspension has rust in it - I would hate to see the body!!!
Don't fall for the trap of trying to restore a body that is just 2 far gone.
In the end it will most likely cost you more money that starting with a good shell.
Anyway in answer to your original question - yes the FE wishbone will fit.
