Hi all, I'd like to tap into your pool of knowledge and see if you can ID these parts.
First is the driver mirror on my FC. Would like another for the passenger side.

Second is a wiper motor that was part of a job lot of parts that came with my car. I suspect it might be Commodore, but it's not the same as the VP one i used for my wipers. This one is fixed to the base plate with phillips heads on bolt thread, mine is fixed with hex head bolts. Also, the arm is not a taper fit, it has a flat section inside the hole that matches with a flat section on the shaft.

Thanks, Martyn

The mirror arm looks like a HK-HT-HG Holden.

If u clean it with degreaser there will be a number near the ribbed flange, not on the big piece. Google "wiper motor" and then the part number next to this and you will no doubt find a parts listing or an ebay reference if it is commodore.

Looks liked non genuine VB to VL, I think the plates were different on some models, if that little corner half round bit fits on the back and is parallel with the motor then probably vk/vl. Cos looks nothing like hx or later models.

Ace, thanks for that - Once I knew what to look for I found a couple that match, so you're on the money.

Deano, thanks, I'll clean it up in the morning and check it out. It'll just be a spare but it's handy to know what you've stuck away for later!  Smiley
