On FB EK Utes they fixed the problem that FE FC Utes had  of the rear pillar cracking where it joins the quarter GMH  redesigning the pillar and making it wider and stronger on FB EK models  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry ....FC427......

Had a good look last night and only found the centre glass. Will check the back shed soon but I doubt any would be there. Your welcome to the centre glass if needed.

Fatboy,

I know I've got a complete set, but not sure if they're FE-FC or FB-EK. I think they're EK as they came with some EK steering columns.

Is there a way of measuring, markings etc to distinguish the difference?

Cheers

In the corner of each glass is a armourplate safety glass stamp.  Count the letters A= 1 being 1951 R=2 and so on, the letter with the dot above it represents year of manufacture my ute the dot is above the p =1957. I checked my EK wagon and it does not have any dots so unsure about the FB EK. There are only enough letters to 1961
cheers

My set has the dot above the 'A' (1959), so I assume they're from a FC.

If they're of any help you're welcome to them Fatboy.

Cheers

Are the ek side glass physically smaller than fc. I have pretty sure two side glass not sure as only marks I can see are armourplate safety glass with a dot inside. I just need to make sure I don't mix up the fc glass. Pay for postage and you can have them. need to check on the centre glass in daylight
