I was using it for beading a lot
But now i use the speedwerx bead roller with variable speed as doing radiuses is a bitch with the pullmax.
I cut all my own design dies on the waterjet .
I have the die at work i was trialling to do the W style section for FC floor pans.
I have a louvre punch for it and dishing dies as well.
really need more time to play in the shed with it i used it a lot at tafe doing my apprenticeship.
You can get extremelly sharp sections with a pullmax but check out the ones below how sharp they are .

thats the nice thing about the water jet you can calculate for the material thickness,
i also havent use since my app, we had to make our dies by hand,
because of cost i just use a rack and pinion press for the small jobs and pay mega $$$ for the bigger stuff

As long as you want the lower die swivels left to right to end your louvre.

I'll do 1 and take a pic .

Sorry mate i didnt understand your msg you sent back im the PM so i only sent 1 set.
If you lose or need any more ill shoot them thru next day we cut a heap today.

1 Thing i found some are tight on some of the trims so they may need a small file or sand where they slip into the stainless and some are loose.

The new ones are a little thinner as well from the first batch.

For those who ordered flat ones find a vice with a crisp edge do the clip up in there with the bottom of the radius of the clip flush with the top of the vice simply push over and get a piece of flat bar or something like that and give a gentle tap down so it has a sharp 90 degree fold.
Ill Post a pic if anyone wants.
all this batch are folded $14 still saves a lot of stuffing around works out $3 for folding $1 for the padded bag.
Not really making much off em just trying to help people out as theres some dodgy solutions out there.
