Hey Resto-nut, that sounds great. That front section of the inner sill has never been done before and is one of the first areas to rust Roll Eyes
Maybe you could also contemplate the bottom of the A pillar to complement it?

If I had a good section ( not rusted away ) to pattern I could make the lower a pillar no problem

Yep that was a long time ago
I no longer have that ute in my shop to take patterns off
I have just added some pics ( on Facebook) of the sill to subframe pocket at the end of the inner sills this will be available as ether a complete inner sill or just the end for those who aren't replacing the entire inner sill
