Had a look at *on the road at last* and noticed that Keiths armrests trim is similar to mine (red & black) but the armrests are in red. Mine on the other hand are black. So the question is,, is there two styles in the trim or is this a one off. I also have another set of door trims and these also have red armrests. Clarification would be great.
Thanks in advance, Jim

Keith's are right - the armrest should be the same colour as the lower trim.

Thanks Ken for your responce, but I'm still a bit unsure as to the originality of mine as the door trims don't appear to have been redone and all the tabs on the back look to be original. the ID plate details are as follows :
BODY   FC225-24906-S
TRIM    277-629
PAINT   253-0700
INSERT  56-7770
When I got the car it had another engine and front end on it, so I am unable to complete the full breakdown of the plate, but if they are any good to you by all means use them in your listings.
Regards Jim

Jim,
My trims were original and arm rests were red.

All the best

It's quite easy to remove and replace the arm rests and it looks like nothing has been touched. I would say the original red ones were worn and they were replaced with a pair of black ones
