I have this fully restored heater for sale. It has a Bosch core so will be very reliable and able to handle higher pressures.
You can see on the reverse side where the outlet pipes are just a little further out than the standard core. This is the same set up I had in my FE.

The Bosch core has tanks so is able to be repaired if it ever does leak - in my experience I have never had a Bosch core that leaked whilst the standard cores are notorius for leaks.
I am offering this for sale at what I believe is a very reasonable cost of $250 since others on ebay are up around the $400 mark and are not restored.
