g'day experts......spoke to Waddintons and AlGeo(?) about this and neither one fabricates a replacement member and one of them (can't remember which?) suggested cutting out a good one from a donor subframe.  Any suggestions?  Happy to go either way if someone knows of a fabrcated member or has a donor subframe that doesn't mind the angle-grinder?

I don't believe anybody makes this piece - it seems particular to utes as a rust area - I would suggest cutting a piece from a wagon or sedan rather than another ute.
