If you got to replace inner and outer sills, floor pan and from crossmember what is the best way around to do it pls. I would have thought inner sill first to then members can go on then floor pan. Any tip appreciated

Leave old floor in place and do inner sill - brace between door frames while inner sill is out
Next replace outer sill
Then replace floor pans
