Is that dash welded in or just screwed etc?..

It's so ugly, I reckon you'd get more $$ if you removed it.

Had a look at the listing on Carsales.com.
Have the mods been passed by an engineer?  Can you also confirm that the HR front end has drum brakes as stated in the ad, not discs?
