Hi guys.. I'm doing a rebuild on a 138 gray motor in my '59 FC and was unsure about how to replace the small end bushes.  I've ordered new ones but am unsure about how to remove the old ones and the procedure for putting the new ones in! Any help appreciated!
Cheers

Jules

They are an interference fit so will need to be pressed out and pressed in, then they should be honed to suit the gudgeon pins. This isn't a huge job if you have the right gear but if you don't it should not be an expensive sublet job to a reputable engine reconditioner.

Hope this helps, Cheers Wayne
