It is with much reluctance that i am putting this post on here. For those that know me would realise that i don't normally sell my cars, but i must be realistic and know that i probably won't get the time to ever get around to rebuilding my beloved FC Ute.
I have owned this car since 1993, and since then it has been through many incarnations. It has always been registered until recently and it was with much reluctance that i had the registration suspended. It has been through many good times with me and never let me down, not once.

It is an FC Ute( and yes i know it has FE indicators) that has been fitted with a 283 Chev which has been fully balanced and has power pack heads, Turbo 350 trans with a stage 2 shift kit and Borg Warner diff.

It has an HR front end with lowered springs and HQ Disc Brakes and Girlock Calipers.

It runs on straight gas and has 2 gas tanks mounted under the rear floor. The car runs and drives great.

I am located in Albury/ Wodonga and you can contact me with a PM. The asking price is around the $13,000 mark.

What a loverly FE looking FC ute...must pain you to let her go, if i had the cash (or the guts to ask my wonderful wife   Kiss hehehe, no room = no chance ) it would be very happy, but seriously it sounds more like it's home is with you, so maybe things will turn out better for you and have your Sweet ute tucked away every night

is there more pics on this forum of this ute ?

i love what you did with the front grill, how did that come about ?

STINKY you have a custom grill on one of your's ?

KEN that FE of your's ( i think you sold it ) with the 186 and trimatic has a custom Grill too

all 3 of them look great, be loverly to know how they came about

anyway this post is more about this ute

Im sure it has a sweet V8 noise to go with that "SWEET SENSATION "

take care buddy, hope you get to keep her close by

or at least get the price you need to make the sale better for you

"Hope you Have a Great Holden ( FE ) masked FC Day !!! " hehehe  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

must say again, what a gr8 lookn Ute Mate...all the best with it

To all those that took the time to enquire about my ute i am sorry to say that i have decided NOT to sell her. I thought i would hold onto her in case one of my kids shows an interest in the old cars in the future.
Thanks again for your enquiries and the condolences from others.
Cheers Scotty

I suppose it's a bit tike losing a freind, once you wave good by to them you start hankering for them to return, cars are no different, I could count at least a dozen or so cars that wished I never sold, I hope the fe will bring joy and lots of memories for your kids in the future.
Cheers
Deano.
