hi
my heater is pretty much rusted on, nuts wont come off. got 1 off, others pretty hard cos keep spinning, there is a spacer at the back. Is the best way to partially disassemble the heater, taking off the clips at front, then holding the bolts somehow? its a smiths. tried multi grips. dont wanna damage heater or firewall.
thanks in advance.

I found the easiest way to remove it is mark out on the firewall where it is bolted and then cut the living shite out of the firewall and there you have it, the heater will fall towards the grill thus giving you an easier way of removing the bolts without too much damage to the heater!!!!!
