Cleaner than a laser cutter no feathering or splintering awesome.

we cut 20mm jarah last week you have to see it to believe it.

I can do 100mm timber 0.1mm accurate 0.7mm wide cut

Thanks for the offer Pete, you'll get me thinking about making more bits that I could have bought!

Have done a bit more, modified the FE column to take a VL top bearing then welded on the collapsible bit of the VL column bottom to the top of the FE assembly, the steering shaft is HQ top into a VL bottom.  Another trial fit of all the bits looks OK will have to reposition oil filter, I know you guys have done it all before,  whats that adapter that I've seen from a four cylinder?  The rack is Commo VB rear mount cut and shortened.

Just about time to get stuck into the body

Didn't know about the wiper switch, so I recycled a broken VK combination switch and made an adaptor. the other way would be easier, but I have recycled!

Also thought a steel flywheel would be good, so in the spirit of the old days I am turning one up, I know you can buy them, but wheres the fun in that?

Haven't been on for a while but still doing a few bits and pieces when time permits. flywheel finished with some help from a mate, engine back together with a balance new cam and some other bits and pieces, engine colour is a nod to the traditional inhabitant of the engine bay
