Cheers but i've already called them and they really couldnt give me too much info, all they said was they have HK screws ( and a code number ) and think they should fit...but didnt have the size and gauge of the screws

so could anyone just give me the size and gauge of the screws and im sure i could pick them up somewhere

I assume they would be close to 1 1/2" long and approx 10 gauge ?? but i would prefer to hear from someone who knows exactly not by my approx.

your help would be great

please also check out my post on reproduction forum regarding what restores_Paradise rubber kits are like ??

thankx My Holden Mates

Hi,

In the parts book they are called No. 14---10 x 2"  cr. rec. type "A"  (round head) part # is 161745
i think the cr. rec. stands for cross recess tapp.type "A" means that it has a point
So all in all a 10 guage 2" self tapping round head screw should do the job.

hope this helps
Cheers Stewy   Cool
