Hi Dean will be pulling most of it down but will get away with what I can without cutting corners ,the hr disc front and rear have been rebuilt ready for the worked 202,it is also ready to go in ,i built all these parts for my ute but it was to far gone ill start preparing the engine bay for paint and underneath ,i also need to source a fuel tank,looking forward to getting stuck in to it

Ive got the thermos on a larger radiator ,will have a go at mounting it next week looks like it will work ok

Blok,

I just had a look at your photos, in particular the rotors and calipers ( #9 ). It seems you have done what I did on my wagon. The calipers appear to be on the wrong side. The bleeder valve needs to be at the top, otherwise you won't be able to bleed the air out. Just swap sides with them.

Thanks mate I did spot that and changed them around but you did well to spot that from the photo ,it just goes to show how good this site is let alone  the  people that use it

The sedan looks much better than the ute that you had started with, although the ute looks great as a BBQ.

I hope that you have better luck with the sedan, at least you will be able to use all the bits and pieces from the ute

Yes keith it worked out well , the sedan doesnt have indicators  and I kept ansolutely every thing that was any good

Mounted the Radiator had to move it forward to accommodate the belt drive



Had to reinforce the radiator support
