I have the bar on the FE and I have a wired plug. I don't have the last tongue piece of the tow bar - the bit the ball sits in - and was wondering do I need to post a pic or are they all standard? I can get a ball here no problem but am I better off getting the part made here or are they easy to get?

Thanks
P

Get it made there as there were many different types, that way you can get the correct bolt spacing & bends

Paul
I have 2 tow bars that are both different. I am not sure how many different companies built them back in day. It might be a good idea to put up a photo. Attached is the Hayman tow bar advert, neither of mine look like this

Thanks BLOK - that'll be great and I will just have to check the holes on mine for position - and sorted!  Grin

Gary / Paul
also check out my post in original brochures & adverts http://fefcholden.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,17600.msg106436.html#msg106436 as it shows the specially designed tow bar for Ute's & Vans.
