I have just finished my first Glovebox liner and I am now offering them for sale.
$50 gets you a glovebox liner in practically any colour you want (that is available in the vinyl range), the liner is made from 3mm compressed foam as used in signwriting applications. Does not rot, is water resistant and will not warp in normal operating conditions.
Once installed it has a very solid feel to it.
They can be easily modified for "headunit in glovebox" installations too.
I can also supply them "blank" for $40 but I am not sure whether paint can be used, flocking is another option, the white does mark easily though.

No sorry, I have to heat the compressed foam and bend to shape then it's stapled.

International postage is all about the weight. Unlike domestic, size is not calculated (within reason).
The weight of the box would be the extra factor, and only if it took it to the next weight bracket.

Just for you Paul

From the Aust Post site.
Air Mail Standard international delivery for letters and parcels up to 20kg.
$18.70

Sea Mail Most economical overseas delivery service for international parcels only, when speed is not a priority.
$10.80

There are no specifications for the physical size, PM me your address and colour preference (Green? Tongue) and I'll send one over  Wink

Well, You learn something new every day!. I had thought that to send something bulky would have been very expensive, obviously not! Thankyou Glenn and Alex!

I can also do these in the more traditional black cardboard.
