I have Car project in mind for after the Nationals and require the front part of of an FE or FC in good condition.
A whole car that has been backended would be fine or a front cut from between the A and B pillars would do the job  Grin
Happy to pay or organise swaps for parts and/or motor trimming services.

Noooooooooooo!  Shocked  Oh no, I can feel a panic attack setting in!  Embarrassed  Deep slow breaths Kathi - remember it's his car, he can do what he likes, he's paying the money, he's spending the time and effort and it's his choice.  Just cos you believe that FE vans are the ultimate Australian "delivery" due to their wonderfully appealing low roofline it does not mean that everyone else thinks the same as you (fools, I know, but don't verbalise that bit Kathi).  And just cos you're happy to smack your head on the low roof all the time you have to remember that that's your choice and as a FEmale you are prepared to suffer for the sake of looks.  Try to convince yourself that Stinky can do what he likes and you must accept his decision graciously and remember to exercise extreme tact and diplomacy when you next cross paths. Lips sealed There, now that feels a little bit better, maybe in a few moments I can get back to eating the charlesworth choccies inside the paper bag instead of just sucking the air in and out!  Undecided Wink Cheesy

Noooooooooooo!  Shocked
I was thinking of painting baby blue and using some fake dead african animal skins on the seats and door trims Tongue

I have the pano already, mostly good, but the bottom of the A pillars are shot and most of the floor is gone. I thought I'd take two good cars and make a REALLY good car. If I cut the rear floor and get a station sedan rear seat and convert a Tarago middle bench for the for the front bench (as they have a flip forward section) then it can be a shop truck and a people mover too  Cool

Oi!  Who said they're fake!  Grin  And it's Elk Blue (what else?) if you don't mind!  Wink

Nah, it's a good idea for your future plans Stinky - mmm, and could be a nice little tax deduction too!  Wink Cheesy

Hey Stinky, if you are going to adapt the Tarago seat in, how are you going to get the side sliding door to work?
With your tribe you will probably need it. Grin

Thanks for that, that's the other way to do it I guess, weld the roof to an existing ute or van

Scott, good idea but I think some purists would string me up  Tongue

Stinky, remember that yer floor is the same in all body styles.  Yer don't need to change the rear floor in a van ter fit the wagon back seat.  If yer got rust, that's different.

Same applies FE to HG.  FJ and HQ on have different floors.

Thanks Spinner, I should have written "cut the upper floor" because in the panos this runs all the way to the back of the front bench.
