G'day everyone putting the front panels back on my FE and I have a spare piece that I can't remenber where it goes. I'ts a 595mm long piece of angle 35mm x 25mm with 4 cut outs where it looks like screws or bolts go. I think it goes around the radiator somewhere but stuffed if I can figure out where to put it. Any help most welcome thanks Dave

Trivia:
It's one of the items that differentiates the really early FEs. It was introduced partway through the model's life, presumably following complaints about electrical issues stemming from damp regulators. They were retro-fitted to cars that exhibited the problem by dealers, but there was never a "recall" as such. So a lot of early FEs never got them. Mine doesn't have one.
