 Are you after the one that the key goes in the side and when you lock it it free wheels  Huh Huh Huh......FC427.....

The one I need has the key entry smack in the middle, the flap spins around that, 360' on an offset pin. Commonly found on the FB & EK  I would like the cap to work but not the lock as i have.... a devilish plan.... ha ahh haa hahahahahahaha...
