Sales Tax Invoice Examples

I was hoping and wondering if anyone had examples of tax/sales invoices which came with the vehicle in their hayday.

Different examples of what people were given and from different dealerships, and also curious to see if pricing was much different between dealers and states for things like accessories and rego, stamp duty.

Seeing as I got such a huge response from this query    can anyone on the forum give me an indication as to the listing of the accessories offered by Nasco or regular Dealer options offered on the FE/FC model.

The Tech Info area of this site has a pretty comprehensive list of original accessories.

As at 2nd October, 1958, list prices for FC Holdens at W.T. Coggins were as follows:
