Here is our FC 219 on the way to Mt Gambier 08, we had only just completed it hours before so I opted for the trailer as we didn't have time to iron out any bugs.

Still have a longish list work to be done, but it gets out and about quiet a bit & near enough to being completed.

This photo was taken to go with an article that appeared in the Sun Herald a few years back about the phasing out of Lead Replacement Petrol. I've been using a crop of one of these pics as my avatar for the best part of quite a while.

When I first bought the blue car, I took these shots of the two of them in the garage together.



These two were taken at my mother-in-law's place near Tamworth, on the way home from the Gold Coast Nationals.


I think I'm supposed to be in picture occasionally. This was the day of Zulu's son Ben's wedding.


This was on the road back from Dalgety to Jindabyne, during the 10th Nationals.

Here are my additions to the thread,







My factory original 1959 FC, FB Sedan featuring Corona grey/Artic White FB color, FB interior,door trims and 1960 Chevy headlining alll done as a "Spec" run. May be attending the Orange nationals after a spruce up if completed.







 My wagon before it was sold a few years ago.




and lastly my EH Sedan original 32000 miles and drives like a new one! Was in a shed locally for 20 years. Thanks

Brett's old wagon is a favourite of mine. Such a good looking car.

And if people haven't seen Brett's FC 'Spec' sedan in person then lets hope it gets to Orange so you can see it.

That EH is pretty special as well.

Unfortunately i haven't got any pics of my first two wagons,



This is my third, I bought the shell from the council abandoned vehicle auction for $5 and built the rest out of bits and peices i scrounged, it was a different world back then no one wanted old holdens and you could get parts from wrecks at the dump.



FC sedan i bought from the wreckers in geelong and drove back to Qld.



FC sedan i bought off my brother had a hot 149 that would spin the wheels in second with a column shift.



One of my favourites an FE sedan i had to sell when our second daughter came along.



FC sedan i restered a few years ago.



The wagon I'm doing up now as i bought it.

This was my Dads first car, way before my time. He only has this one photo of it that always drew my attention when looking through the photo albums growing up. it's what first got me into old Holdens i think.

1964 EH Holden - 35,000 miles

1965 Fiat 1800B - No I'm not sure why either, I just took pity on it

1965 Alfa Giuilia Spider Veloce (rare only 1091 made)

1965 Buick Riviera 38,000 miles

1969 Alfa GT 1300 Junior - won CMC Concours outright 2001

1970 Alf Giulia Super (hot rod) owned since 1991

OK,here is the FC army sedan straight after it was finished at the Phillip Island nationals.






I really enjoyed the army sedan because it was different, and people really liked the display. It was a little more than just another car.
