Don't forget, we live in an electronic age.
There are details of the bank account on the entry form, so in theory you could do an electronic transfer of funds with 1 minute to go before close of entries, and follow up with the paperwork via email or post. But why leave it to the last minute......simply download the form, fill it in and post it off...today!!

Based on entries received by late Tues 19th. (Which excludes one sent by Registered Mail that I have to go back to the Post Office during business hours to collect. I'd be just as happy if people didn't do that...)

Hmmm
Suppose I should pull the finger out, filled the forms out way back in November just a couple of blanks to fill in,  new address and yes I have my "FC0058" plates back on a car.

Now I am sorted I better decide what I want in my goodies bag.

A couple of days to go, and the car count is about 124, with several more known to be in the post...  Grin

Today's mail had 22 more entries in it. Talk about leaving things to the last minute Undecided

So our Target Graph looks like this:

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Once all the entries have been processed (towards the end of the week), we'll publish a complete breakdown of entrants by model, class, state etc.

Hey RET,

I'm curious:  no matter where the arrow indicator points, it points at Entry Target.  Is that your safe way of saying that no matter how many entries you get, that was the target?   Wink

I don't know about you being famous, but you are clearly too old to still be driving. Wink

I am assuming that you will receive the entry number in the post? If so I would have been in the last 22 so I will be late #120 something to #140 something Roll Eyes

At least I have entered my car although it's not finished yet

Well, if you have to trailer it, get Mrs Effcee to drive the tow car and you sit in the "rear" car pretending.....

Martin,

That's just the way Google Graphs work - no ulterior motive.

Entries are now closed, and I'm very pleased to be able to announce that we've exceeded even our most ambitious target. The count now is 153 vehicles!!!  Grin Grin Grin

In graphic form, that would be:

We expected at least 100, aimed to get 125 and hoped for 150.

Thank you everyone who has entered, and we look forward to seeing you in Orange soon.

And if you've entered a car that isn't on the road yet, what are you doing reading this? Back to the shed, NOW!
