This is a ute a couple of miles out of Miles on my recent trip down to Melbourne.

Ken, I couldn't find any chassis numbers and could not get the doors open to see if they were on the inside that someone described to me once.

Numbers on the subframe were non existent.

But here are some.

Ken,

If you were to travel from Brisbane to Roma you would travel through Toowomba, Dalby and Miles before reaching Roma. Its about 300 km further on (Straight up)from Goondiwindi. If you were to draw a straight line from Maroochydore to Roma it would sit just below the line.

My son lives there.

That someone was thinking of '48 series, that had a plate on the body in the passenger's side door-frame. The practice was discontinued long before FE/FC series.

Love the pic, by the way. Bit of a fixer-upper, that one Grin
